Litigation Associate: Foundational Role at Growing Los Angeles Firm

Sergenian Law has an immediate opening for a litigation associate (4-7 year). This is an opportunity for an organized, self-starting associate attorney to become a key part of our growing IP and business litigation practice. You won’t just be handling cases—absent unexpected settlements, you will receive immediate trial experience while helping to build a growing firm. We have a busy practice. You will be immediately involved in depositions, court appearances, and everyone’s favorite: discovery.

The position will begin as a fully-paid contract-to-hire situation of 6-8 weeks. This mutual evaluation period is designed to ensure a great long-term fit, with the direct goal of transitioning into a permanent position. Our firm offers excellent benefits (including a PPO health insurance program, 401(k), and PTO) to full-time employees (after mandatory waiting periods).
